    Ms. Allison is the Assistant Director at our school, bringing 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has a rich background working with children of all ages, from 18 months to school age. Allison began her journey with us as a lead teacher in our Crocodile Room in 2014, where she developed a deep connection with both children and families. Passionate about fostering a nurturing, individualized learning environment, she believes every child should be able to learn and grow at their own pace. Now in her administrative role, Allison is thrilled to continue supporting our families and helping guide children toward success in a caring and engaging atmosphere.

Holding an Early Childhood degree from Dutchess Community College, she has been an integral part of our administrative team for over three years. Miss Kathy’s calm, nurturing approach creates a warm and supportive environment where children thrive. We’re proud to have her as part of our family!
